Frequently Asked Questions

Italian is our main language but all our drivers can speak English.
All the transfers/tours/excursions can be conducted in English.
Some of our drivers can also speak French, Spanish, Arabic

All the payments are in EURO (€)

  • You can pay in cash or by payment cards on board; please consider that for some bookings, a deposit to be paid in advance may be required.
  • You can pay in advance by card, which is the easiest solution;
    if requested, I will send you a payment link to an online payment gateway (SumUp) which will process the payment our behalf *; the majority of payment cards are accepted (AMEX, Visa, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay, Diners Club, etc…)
  • You can also pay in advance by bank wire transfer; I will send you the bank details necessary for you to send the payment.

* All the payments are processed by Green Mobility Limousine Cooperative which I am affiliated with.

Tip is not included in the service cost and the amount is up to you.
Tipping is not mandatory in Italy but it is deeply appreciated!

  • TO AMEND A BOOKING: You can send me an e-mail at info@giacomobracagliaromedriver.com;
    I will adjust the rates, if needed, and I will write back to you to reconfirm the service accordingly.
  • TO CANCEL A BOOKING: send me an e-mail at info@giacomobracagliaromedriver.com; I will reply to confirm the cancelation. Please refer to the cancelation policy

You may cancel a booking at any time, but unless otherwise specified in writing, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

  • Cancellation within 4 days before the service – entitled to a full refund
  • Cancellation later than 4 days until 24hrs before the service – entitled to 50% refund
  • Cancellation later than 24hrs before the service – no refund.

NIGHT SERVICE goes from 10PM to 6AM; for services at night +20% extra is added.

Yes, of course you can! Proceed with the booking and specify the passenger’s name; it will be the reference name for the service.

Prices are per car. Always respect the maximum number of passengers allowed when booking.

Please inform me about that when booking process in order to provide appropriate car or an additional luggage van.

On board our air conditioned vehicles you will find one free bottle of mineral water per passenger and free Wi-Fi internet connection (mobile hotspot).
If you have any special requests (carbonated drinks, juices, Prosecco, etc.) please place your request when booking.

Rome has 2 international airports:

  • Rome Fiumicino (FCO | LIRF) airport is Italy’s major airport.
    It is located along the coast, approx. 30km (19 miles) West of Rome city centre; the journey time is approx. 50 minutes on average.
  • Rome Ciampino (CIA | LIRA) is the second airport of Rome and it is the european low-cost airlines’ favourite.
    It is located South/East of Rome, approx. 27km (17 miles) from the centre; journey time is approx. 35 minutes on average.
  • Ciampino is the General Aviation airport of Rome with a dedicated VIP terminal and lounge.

Civitavecchia is the Cruise Port of Rome, one of the largest in the Mediterrenean.
It is approx. 75km (47 miles) North/West of Rome and the journey takes around 75 minutes on average to get there from Rome Centre.

Along the coast, closer to Rome, there is a leisure port, near the town of Fiumicino, the best choice for private yachts and sail boats.

Sure, our drivers always track incoming flights.

We keep track of flights online.
In case if your plane landed much earlier, please wait for the reserved time.
The driver is aware of your arrival and will do his/her best to arrive earlier.

Your driver will wait for 1 hour.
There is an extra charge for waiting more than one hour since your plane has landed – if your plane landed much earlier, waiting time will be calculated since arrival scheduled time. 

Always inform the driver in case of delays in the airport.

  • AIRPORT arrivals: A driver will be waiting for you by the limo service meeting point area holding a sign with the name/logo provided during the booking.
  • CRUISE PORT arrivals: A driver will be waiting for you on the pier, just outside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with the name/logo provided during the booking.
  • TRAIN STATION arrivals
    – In Termini Station (Rome Central Station), a driver will be waiting for you inside the station by the head of platform nr.1 (near the pharmacy) holding a sign with the name/logo provided during the booking.
    All the other stations: the driver will contact you on the mob. phone number provided during the booking to arrange a meeting point; please make sure it is switched on.

If you cannot find the driver with the sign, you can contact the number provided in the confirmation email.

Your driver will inform the reception/concierge and will wait in the hotel lobby

No, you should write to me to place your request for additional services; you will receive a written confirmation. (Check your SPAM folder as well

In case of unplanned stops or different destination address, please ask the driver to inform me while en route.
